Quick and Easy Shipping Instructions:
To ship your handpieces to SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC for evaluation and repair with your own shipping label using the shipping company of your choice, package your broken handpieces securely in bubble wrap. Print and fill out our Handpiece Repair Form below to place in the box with your handpieces. Securely tape the package then ship to the mailing address below:

To use a UPS Ground label from SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC, follow the instructions below and you will be
emailed a one-time-use label sent before close of business on the day the label is requested.
1. Print and fill out our Handpiece Repair Form.
2. Fill out our Shipping Form to receive a UPS label for 1-3 day tracked shipping.
3. Once we receive and review your submission, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and use.
4. Securely package your handpieces with our Handpiece Repair Form and secure the shipping label to your package.
5. Drop off at a UPS Store location or schedule a UPS pickup. Shipment times vary (1-3 days).
6. Once we receive your handpieces, they will be assessed quickly, repaired and returned to you with a net-15 invoice.

Starting 4/15/2026, SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC provided round-trip shipping will be free for five or more handpieces sent for repair. Fewer than five handpieces sent using our provided label will include a $20 round-trip shipping fee on the repair estimate and final invoice.
