Shipping & Handling

SNOW offers round-trip UPS Ground shipping to all customers who want a streamlined process of sending handpieces to SNOW for repair. By using our provided UPS Ground shipping label, you accept the following shipping conditions:

Effective 4/15/2026, SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC provided round-trip shipping labels will be free for five or more handpieces sent for repair. Fewer than five handpieces sent using our provided label will include a $20 round-trip shipping fee on the repair invoice.

Unapproved repair estimates due to client decision to not repair handpieces or handpiece condition being economically unviable for repair resulting in returned handpieces to owner will include free round-trip UPS Ground shipping.

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC is not responsible for any damaged or lost handpieces while in transit either to SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC or in return transit to your office.

Handpieces and related equipment must be securely packaged in bubble wrap using a sturdy box with a sufficient amount of tape to enclose all box seams and openings to prevent possibility of loss or damage while in transit.

Shipping labels must be securely taped to the box to prevent a lost package due to a damaged or lost shipping label.

In the event of a lost UPS Ground package during return shipping to the handpiece owner, SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC will evaluate any lost handpieces and offer replacement options at no additional charge to the original repair invoice.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC's address must be verified before handpieces are shipped. SNOW is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred while handpieces are in transit to be evaluated or repaired.

Free Local Pickup & Delivery

SNOW offers free pickup and delivery to all customers within a 25 mile radius of Richland, Washington. By requesting a free local pickup, you are accepting the following conditions:

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC offers this service free of charge with every handpiece repair.

If insufficient form data is submitted, SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC will call you to verify information is correct before completing a free equipment pickup.

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC does not currently have a physical storefront location or customer access. For evaluation and repair, equipment must either be shipped or picked up by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC.

Currently, all local pickups and deliveries within Tri-Cities, Washington are completed by Jared LaPlant, SNOW's Owner and Lead Technician.

Liability Terms and Conditions

By using SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC for your handpiece and equipment repairs, you accept the following liability conditions:

Any claim shall not exceed the replacement price of the repaired equipment.

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC shall not be held liable for any incidental, accidental or consequential damages, even if you are informed of the possibility of these damages as a result of the professional advice given, repair completed or use of equipment.

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC shall not be held liable for customer's use, negligence or willful misconduct, modification, maintenance or lack thereof, or disposal of equipment.

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC shall not be held liable in the event of customer violation of of any county, local, state or federal laws and regulation regarding equipment labeling, packaging and use.

Estimate/Invoice Payment

By using SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC for your handpiece and equipment repairs, you accept the following payment conditions:

SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC repairs include a net-15 invoice. Payment is due and expected within 15 days of receipt with your repaired handpieces.

Past due invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice due date will be updated with a 5% late payment fee and either mailed or emailed to your office for payment.

Invoices that are not paid will result in termination of future service performed by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC.

Upon client request, payment information will be saved to SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC's secure offline system for payment of future approved invoices. At any time, a client may contact SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC to delete or change any saved payment information.

Any information voluntarily shared with SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC for the purpose of handpiece repair, sale or payment by client is stored securely offline and will never be shared, sold or used for external advertising.

Repair Warranty

By using SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC for your handpiece and equipment repairs, you accept the following warranty conditions:

Pneumatic high speed handpiece repairs performed by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC include a six (6) month warranty. This warranty covers labor and any defects or wear resulting in SNOW installed component failure. In the event of a warranty repair, the handpiece will be evaluated and all worn, corroded or broken components serviced by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC under existing warranty will be repaired, cleaned or replaced. Any worn, corroded or broken components not previously serviced by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC will be issued a pro-rated repair estimate. Damage caused by improper maintenance, abuse, dropping, misuse, improper sterilization or air supply that has not been maintained resulting in damage from excessive internal contamination may not be covered under SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC's warranty. Any missing components due to abuse, misuse or tampering will void the warranty.

This warranty covers labor and any defects or wear resulting in SNOW installed component failure. In the event of a warranty repair, the handpiece will be evaluated and all worn, corroded or broken components previously serviced by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC will be repaired, cleaned or replaced under warranty. Any worn, corroded or broken components not previously serviced by SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC will be issued a pro-rated repair estimate. Evaluated handpieces deemed non-repairable will be returned unrepaired in the same condition when originally sent to SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC in broken or worn condition to be evaluated.
